Chat, get information, learn a whole new format of the game and meet fellow gamers. From experience, I can say it is great fun and exciting as you watch your opponent move, exchange trash talk, and get to respond with your own forces.

PBEM Multiplayer tool

I'm testing Raoul's 4-polayer Panzer Clash scenario.
However when I try to load the scenario in the Multi-player PBEM tool, it says that it's a 2 player scenario and therefore can't be used for a multiplayer game.
I'm not very familiar with this tool though.
To load the scenario I use the F1 keyboard and selected the scenario file.
Any help is welcome.

I am working on my Westfront44 test efile for the new Open General EXE that Luis Guzman & team are creating. I have run into the folliwing snag that I would appreciate feedback on from those with greater efile knowledge than I.

The Concept: Extend Sapper's KG efile idea of having "column mode" transports that represent combat infantry in column not tactical formation to the tank class (and potentially self propelled TDs...

Hi All Members,
Quick note of introduction as I am new member to the club and to the Parade Square. I am a recently retired nuclear worker, a friend of Crusher, who finally got off his butt and signed up. I am not an Aussie but my moniker refers to the Ottawa Valley (Canada) slang for "Good Day." Looking forward to interacting with all of you eventually but give me some time to warm up.

SCREENSHOTS USING WINDOWS XP

Results for games played when the scenario was in playtest will only be counted on the ladders when the scenario has passed the Playtest procedure.

Games will continue to appear on the ladders with the Playtest column ticked until then and will be recorded as soon as the scenario is accepted as an official FFWC scenario.

.exe being used?

Is there an easy way to tell what .exe file is being used (2.10, 2.20) BEFORE loading the turn? Its easy to tell what efile you have loaded since it shows it on the 1st datup screen. I wish it showed the .exe being used on same screen.

This looks pretty cool. Complete PG2 game download with all the settings, upgrades and tools. I'll test it at home and perhaps it would be a good idea to make an update for it that would include all FFWC content.

NVIDIA and other driver issues that affect PG2

This has become an important issue as PG2 has become all but unplayable on some NVIDIA graphics cards and with Vista, in many cases. The end result is that guys stop playing, which is the kicker.

This forum thread at JP's Panzers has heaps of useful discussions and tips for 'solving' the problems, which are so various that they defy a simple solution.

Why are the SSI scenarios more popular than the FFWC ones in Round Robins?

I'm seeing the SSI Round Robins fill up fairly regularly but the FFWC scenario ones are stagnant. Why is it so?

Von Luck and myself just finished a game of Wacht am Rhine, using normal club rules. We wonder if the game's unrealistic allowance of planes to fly in bad weather hurts its playability since Germans use their planes to scout ahead of their forces so they dont get ambushes, while US planes try and find where the enemy is mobilizing which takes away their sneak attack advantage. Both sides use this tactic to their advantages and since most games are played mirrored, it can be said that it...

Hi Guys, things have gone haywire at this end, don't know why but I am trying to fix it.
My old emails have all disappeared and my speedydon account is dead at the moment.
I have my broadband provider looking into things and hope to be back in service soon, however, it looks like all of my email records have gone for ever.
Is this an evil plot by microsoft to get me to buy a new computer with Win7 grrrrr! I will keep you informed of progress
